Hey, MM. Good to hear from you. In Ottawa, the official definition is what it used to be, before the church sold it off, yonks ago.
Now, it's a trendy inner city(ish) residential district where many of the homes are old, imposing and costly, baby carriages the size of SUVs may outnumber actual SUVs, and the ratio of joints selling overpriced lattes to service stations is about twenty to one...
