I bet you anything there was a submarine under that canoe.
And a hot air balloon floating above Colonel By.
The balloon is more than likely.
I understand the Canadian navy currently has only one of its four subs in the water. and the West Edmonton Mall's submarine fleet is in even worse shape.
But here are some honkin' big carp down there.
