I love this one!

Hi, Fingers. Yeah, I can't quite decide if this is about transcendental meditation, or a really, really minimalist précis of Alexander Dumas' The Three Musketeers... but I laughed when I thought of it.

Coyote,
I'd say, the undecidedness ('Um...')and ambiguity of it are its main charms. It could be about anything! 'Om' gives it some shape, but I like the idea that this coat could be worn by so many different kinds of people!

True. 'Undecided' and 'ambiguous' would be fair descriptions of the way people approach all sorts of different kinds of enlightenment, wouldn't they? At least the ones that aren't 'dragged kicking and screaming' or who think 'ignorance is bliss'....

And who knew five tiny syllables (counting the title) could lead to a metaphysicial discussion?

'Dragged kicking and screaming..' !!
(reminds me of an incident when I was 8 and had to be taken for an injection. I was, well, 'dragged and was kicking and screaming').

And, ooh! Metaphysical discussion? I never thought of this term! Makes it sound very very important!
Wow.

:) Good morning

You didn't realize it was metaphysical? Ah well. Then it can be whatever you want it to be. But perhaps that's metaphysical too...

Good morning. Although I think by this time, it's afternoon now, for you. Right about tea time. I raise my intercontinental cup to yours, but it's full, so I must be careful not to splash it on my paws.

I raise my cup of hot coffee, too and even though I don't have paws, I'm afraid I might splash some.

:) It's evening here.
