No idea...
I have no idea who that guy is, but when she read Tropical Low, the prolifically talented Fingers felt inspired to create a new drawing. Not me, because although his eyes could be yellow, neither the ears nor the nose are pointy enough. Besides, that's not my brand of toothpaste. But the picture gives me uncontrollable giggles every time I see the expression on his face... please scroll down and take a look.

Let's just say that filing was the least of my problems and if you can hold off on your dental work until yer away from a mining camp, y'should.
